For orders under $2,000 you can easily order on-line. During normal business hours, orders over $2,000 can be placed by telephone – just mention you are an ASI client. All orders are filled with easy to use denominations and are sent to you fully insured. Checks and credit cards are accepted. Checks are held for 5 business days before your order is processed, so it pays to plan ahead since there are higher fees for credit card purchases.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Processing
Orders received before 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time, are processed the same day they are received. Orders received after 12:00 p.m., or on weekends, are processed the following business day.

Deliveryⁱ
Please allow at least 5 working days (if paying by credit card and using next day delivery) between your order date and your departure date for safe delivery. To avoid the extra fees for expedited service and credit card payment, please allow as much time as possible for delivery of your order. For ground delivery allow longer delivery time. Please note that all deliveries will be made on Business days ONLY. Orders processed on a Friday for next day delivery, will be delivered on Monday or the next business day, in the case of a holiday. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is shipped.

All packages are sent to the billing address of the credit card that is used for payment, unless otherwise requested. We do not ship to a Post Office Box address.

Orders paid by electronic check will be held for 5 business days before shipping in order to process the check.

A signature is required for delivery of all packages. Please make sure that an adult is available when delivery is expected.

Denominations
Please note that our ordering system will automatically round your order to the smallest available denomination of the foreign currency requested.

Based upon availability, we will do our best to meet your request but denominations are not guaranteed.

Rates
Once the transaction is confirmed, you are guaranteed that rate and there will be no further changes.
